Simple Breakfast Idea

By adding a 1/2 to a full scoop of protein powder to your morning oatmeal can really keep you full longer! Add the protein on the last 30 seconds or right when it comes out of the microwave. Stir and enjoy!

1/2 cup of oats (not instant packages with fake flavoring)
1 cup of milk/soy/almond/rice or water
1/2 to 1 scoop of protein powder of your choice
***add in fruit for a great breakfast
