Is Gluten Making You Sick?

Is gluten making you sick? As I begin research for family members on their illnesses, I am realizing gluten may be a huge problem for many of us. I am still on the fence whether or not I am intolerant or not, but it is worth a try at some point. I am hoping my asthma will disappear. I have many friends with GI problems, depression, aches, sleep issues,  and even more with migraines..both can be related to gluten intolerance.
